About the Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data & AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize data systems and machine learning solutions that power advertising intelligence. The role involves working with large datasets, building scalable pipelines, and enabling AI-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for marketing and customer data 
• Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes 
• Integrate APIs from advertising platforms and third-party systems 
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for prediction and optimization 
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security 
• Build real-time and batch processing systems 
• Create dashboards and reporting systems for business insights 
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams for data-driven solutions 

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in data engineering or AI/ML roles 
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks 
• Experience with tools like BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar 
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.) 
• Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data architecture 
• Experience in marketing or ad-tech data is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory NISM / CFP / CFA certification preferred Strong understanding of mutual funds, PMS, AIF, and insurance products Excellent communication and relationship management skills Self-motivated with a client-first approach
