About the Role
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Implement tracking mechanisms (pixels, events, UTM parameters)
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative and data teams for campaign improvements
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)
- Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and ultra-HNI clients, Conduct in-depth financial planning sessions and risk assessments, Recommend suitable investment products across equity, debt, and alternatives, Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and tax implications, Collaborate with research and operations teams for seamless client servicing,
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory NISM / CFP / CFA certification preferred Strong understanding of mutual funds, PMS, AIF, and insurance products Excellent communication and relationship management skills Self-motivated with a client-first approach
